1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Sanctuary Edit website and the purchase of our services. By booking a service or purchasing a course you agree to these terms in full.

2. Our Services

The Sanctuary Edit offers the following services:

The Clarity Call — a 30 minute virtual home styling consultation via Zoom including a written action plan delivered after the call.

The Sanctuary Edit Service — a complete virtual home transformation service including mood boards, colour palette, styling tips, room mockups, sourcing document with clickable product links, layout plan and two weeks of follow up support.

The Peaceful Home Method — an 8 module self paced online course hosted on Skool covering home psychology, decluttering, room styling, sensory design and intentional living.

The Sanctuary Edit Community — a monthly membership on Skool including course access, live sessions, community support and ongoing content.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services must be paid for in full at the time of booking

  • Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments

  • Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time — changes will not affect bookings already confirmed

4. The Clarity Call — Specific Terms

  • Your call will take place via Zoom at the date and time you select at booking

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email with your Zoom link immediately after booking

  • You must complete your intake form at least 24 hours before your call

  • Please join your call 1 to 2 minutes early

  • Your written action plan will be delivered within 24 hours of your call

  • If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your call using your Calendly reschedule link

  • We reserve the right to reschedule your call with reasonable notice if necessary

5. The Sanctuary Edit Service — Specific Terms

  • Upon payment you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your intake form link and next steps

  • You must complete your intake form and upload your room photos within 48 hours of booking

  • Your transformation pack will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your completed intake form and photos

  • Your transformation pack includes one round of revisions — revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Two weeks of follow up support begins from the date your transformation pack is delivered

  • Follow up support is provided via email during working hours — we aim to respond within 24 hours on working days

6. Delivery

  • All services are delivered virtually — no in person visits are included unless explicitly stated

  • Transformation packs are delivered via email or Google Drive link

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client failing to submit their intake form or photos within the required timeframe

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form

  • Submit clear and usable photos of your space

  • Respond to any queries from us within a reasonable timeframe

  • Make revision requests within 7 days of receiving your transformation pack

  • Use follow up support within your two week support period

8. Intellectual Property

  • All transformation packs, mood boards, sourcing documents and other materials created by The Sanctuary Edit remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received

  • Upon receipt of full payment you are granted a personal licence to use the materials for your own home styling purposes

  • You may not resell, distribute or reproduce our materials without our written permission

  • You may share images of your transformed space on social media — we would love it if you tagged us at @TheSanctuaryEdit 🤍

9. Confidentiality

  • We treat all client information and property photos with complete confidentiality

  • We will not share your personal information or property photos with any third party without your consent

  • We may use before and after photos of completed projects for our portfolio and marketing with your explicit written permission only

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Sanctuary Edit provides home styling advice and recommendations — we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased property value or Airbnb booking rates

  • We are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of purchasing products we recommend

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud

11. Complaints

We are committed to providing an excellent service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact us in the first instance:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
